    Combine cooked lamb and vegetable stock in a pan .

    Heat over medium low for ⏱️ 10 minutes .

    In a large skillet , heat olive oil and butter .

    Add red onion (chopped) , carrot (finely chopped) , mushrooms (chopped) , and pineapple (cubed) .

    Stir-fry for ⏱️ 5 minutes over medium heat.

    Add curry powder , ginger , and garlic powder .

    Remove the lamb from stock.
